This data is essential for the app to function and is stored securely in your private account.

Device Information

• •Push notification token (to send you opted-in notifications)
• •Device type and platform (iOS/Android)

Anonymous Analytics (Optional)

• •Which features you use (e.g., breathwork, identity builder)
• •App performance and crash reports
• •General usage patterns (not tied to your identity)

Analytics help us understand how to make the app better for everyone. You can disable this anytime in Settings → Privacy.

How We Use Your Data

Analytics & PostHog

We use PostHog for anonymous analytics. Here's what you should know:

• •PostHog is hosted in the EU for GDPR compliance
• •We don't use Apple's IDFA (no tracking prompt)
• •Analytics are anonymous and not linked to your identity
• •You can opt out completely in Settings → Privacy
• •Opting out stops all data collection immediately

When you opt out, we respect your choice completely. No "shadow tracking" or workarounds.

Data Storage & Security

• •All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3)
• •Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256
• •We use Supabase for secure database hosting
• •Access to production data is strictly limited
• •We perform regular security audits

Your recovery journey is sensitive. We treat it with the security it deserves.

Your Rights & Controls

You have full control over your data:

• Delete:Request complete account deletion
• Opt-out:Disable analytics in Settings
• Correct:Update your profile information anytime

Data Retention

• Account data:Kept while your account is active
• Recovery tracking:Kept for your journey history
• Analytics data:Aggregated and anonymized after 90 days
• Deleted accounts:All data removed within 30 days

• RevenueCat— subscription management
